Aphidbase

The pea aphid genome was sequenced at the Human Genome Sequencing Center (HGSC) at the Baylor College of Medicine (pea aphid genome project). AcypiCyc was developed during the pea aphid genome annotation effort by the International Aphid Genomics Consortium(IAGC).
The pea aphid genome is available at AphidBase - the aphid genome database - a resource developed and maintained in Rennes (France) by the INRA BiO3P (IGEPP) research unit, in collaboration with Irisa and hosted by the GenOUEST Bioinformatics Platform. All links to AcypiCyc are mantained in AphidBase by Fabrice Legai and Jean-Pierre Gautier. Both BF2I and BiO3P (IGEPP) are part of the INRA "Santé des Plantes et Environnement" Research Department.
